All registrations here are made with Sportzilla Private Limited and the registration terms mentioned herein below constitutes the entire agreement between the customer and Company. By making a registration with us and/or depositing payments with us for any event or services you confirm having carefully read, understood and accepted the below mentioned ‘Terms of Services’.
Terms of Service
Visitors on our website are kindly requested to fill the Registration Form with all necessary fields mentioned there and submit the same to be sent to the payment gateway. Upon receipt of the payment, you will be contacted via email and/or phone no. provided by you in the registration form. No registration is considered as ‘confirmed’ unless the payment is successfully completed.
We accept the registrations on behalf of the organizers, as per the event information and ticket prices provided by them. Once registration is confirmed, we pass on all information to the organizers. Our responsibility ends there and we are not liable for anything regarding the event thereafter.
All communication to the participants will be done either on the provided mobile or email id. Sportzilla Private Limited or the organizers do not take any responsibility for wrong contact information provided, or phone switched off, or emails going to spam, or unread messages.
The organizers could have other means of communicating information to participants via website, or social media. It is upto the participants to ensure that they read the messages.
